Someone took my Sunday paper (how to piss me off in one easy step) so I had to check online to see if there was anything worth knowing. As usual, the Dayton Daily News does not fail me: Court: OK to bark at K-9 dog

ATHENS | A man was using his free speech rights when he barked back at an Athens police dog, a state appeals court has ruled.

I wonder if the court would have made the same ruling if he had talked baby talk.
